Meet Debbie,
My interest for nutrition began in my early 20s when I struggled with my own health challenges. I noticed how certain foods made me feel awful—brain fog, irritability, sinus issues, and skin troubles seemed to take over my life. For the longest time, I accepted these symptoms as just the way things were.
Everything changed when I became a mum. Suddenly, nutrition wasn’t just about me—it was about my family. Dealing with food allergies and unpredictable behavioral changes in my kids made me determined to make the best choices for their health. But with so much conflicting information online, I felt overwhelmed. I wanted real answers, backed by science, so I took matters into my own hands and enrolled in a formal nutrition course. Three years later, I graduated with an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine—and I absolutely loved every moment of it!
Learning how the body works at a cellular level, understanding the intricate connections between nutrition and well-being, and seeing how food could truly transform health was eye-opening. More importantly, I realised how much misinformation is out there and how many people, just like me, were struggling to make sense of it all. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others cut through the confusion and find a way of eating that works for them. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to make changes to your health, and that’s why my approach is always warm, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life, each with their own unique health goals. After spending many incredible years living and working in Singapore, my family and I returned to Sydney, where I furthered my studies and completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Clinical Nutrition. Now, I’m beyond excited to be launching my online nutrition clinic in the Hills District, Greater Sydney, initially offering virtual consultations, then in-person sessions to clients.
I truly believe that small, sustainable changes can make a world of difference, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way. I’d love to support you on your journey to feeling your best!


Our Approach
We take a client-focus approach, prioritising a holistic perspective that fosters trust and creates a genuine partnership between us and our clients. By starting with a comprehensive assessment, we gain a deeper understanding of each client’s health, diet, and lifestyle, which helps us craft personalised plans to support their unique health goals.
Our environment is warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental, providing a safe, confidential space where open communication is always encouraged. We’re passionate about helping our clients succeed, so we’re generous with our time, offering ongoing support and guidance throughout the entire duration of their plan.
We also offer a dedicated food and lifestyle platform that connects clients with their Nutritionist in between consultations. This platform allows clients to share their daily food, mood, and lifestyle journal entries, creating a continuous loop of support and progress tracking.
